The 5 Day Detox Concentrate Kits contain four different types of capsules that are to be taken at specific times during the cleansing program in order to maximize your cleanse.

How to use: 

Intended for people who have concentrated toxins.

Head Start – Take all 4 capsules of the Head Start Formula with 24oz of water before going to bed the night before starting your 5 day program.

Morning Time – Take 6 capsules of the Morning Formula with 24oz of water at least 1 hour before eating your morning meal every day for 5 days.

Evening Time – Take 6 capsules of the Evening Formula with 24oz of water at least 1 hour after eating your evening meal every day for 5 days.
